- ✓ Stores your capture history locally in your browser
SwiftSnapAI is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated responses. Always verify important information independently.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier
- • 10 captures per day
- • 2 follow-ups per conversation
- • Resets daily at midnight (your local time)
- • No credit card required
Paid Subscriptions
- • Pro: $14.99/month - 100 captures/day, 5 follow-ups per conversation
- • Power: $29.99/month - 250 text + 30 image captures/day, 10 follow-ups per conversation
- • Billed monthly via Stripe
- • Auto-renews unless cancelled
- • Cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing period
- • Prices subject to change with 30 days notice
- • Refunds available within 7 days if service not as described
Note: Subscription limits reset daily. Unused captures don't roll over. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing cycle.
4. Acceptable Use Policy

- • Use automated tools to exceed usage limits
- • Process sensitive personal data (SSN, credit cards, passwords)
- • Use the service to harm, harass, or deceive others
- • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
5. Intellectual Property

Your Content
You retain ownership of the text and images you capture. By using SwiftSnapAI, you grant us permission to process your captured content through OpenAI's API to provide the service.

AI responses are provided for your use. However, remember that AI-generated content may not be unique or copyrightable. Always review and verify AI outputs.

You may terminate: Uninstall the extension anytime. For paid subscriptions, cancel through your account settings.
We may terminate: If you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or for any reason with 30 days notice for paid users.

11. General Provisions
